Interacting with new technologies that keep changing every day can be bewildering and frustrating, but it doesn’t have to be. Many people who buy these new devices have only a handful of things they want to be able to do with them, and finding the best way to address each individual’s specific needs without the confusion of “all the other things it can do that I really don’t care about” is the goal.
